FAQs
What time does it start?
The official start is 3:00. If you want to help set up, or just can’t wait to see the place come as early at 12.
What’s the address?
750 Ellwood Drive, Coupeville, Washington 98239 (a short drive north of Greenbank Farm)
Is The Greenbank Farm Harvest Faire the same day?
Yes!
Starting at 11:00 a.m. … the Greenbank Farm Harvest Faire, just 10 minutes south of the barn. We are not associated with this festival in any way, but it sounds like fun, and if you’re on the island early, why not stop in to celebrate local farm life and bounty. (https://stateofwatourism.com/
Where do I park?
Most parking is on the side of the road on Ellwood Drive. There is some space for parking inside the gates — please use these if you are camping or performing or for any other reason need closer access to your car during or after the party. Everyone is welcome to turn into the gravel driveway to drop off food, guests, instruments, etc. closer to the barn. There is a roundabout at the end of the driveway to return to the street.
What should I bring?
If you can, please bring any item of food or drink to share in the potluck. If you can’t, please just bring yourself! We will have plates, bowls, napkins, utensils, and more.
Cash for tipping the musicians and performers. The event is free.
What do I wear?
Come as you are! Dress up, dress down, dress comfortable. Wear shoes for gravel, grass, and a wood dance floor. Consider short sleeves for the dancing and layers for evening warmth afterward.
What if I’ve never square danced?
Every dance is taught from the first step, every dancer is welcome. This is absolutely the right time to try it out!
What if I don’t want to dance?
